I have to admit to myself that I’m really not much of a weaver. It’s time to make room in my small house by selling my Lilla.
Price is $1,200, purchased new in 2010, located in central Maine. I can’t imagine the logistics of shipping this, but I’m happy to break it down into its pieces and drive a bit around New England to meet up.
This compact, sturdy loom has an 80cm (31.5”) weaving width. Eight shafts, eight treadles, vertical countermarch. Back beam folds to save space. Total width is 39”, depth 42.5” while weaving, 32” folded. The breast and knee beams lift out for easy threading and sleying. Includes adjustable loom bench, 10 dent reed, 24 warp sticks, lease sticks, shaft hangers, shaft pins, approximately 1,100 texsolv heddles and assembly instructions. Also including a Vavstuga tie up kit (never used) and a copy of The Big Book of Weaving by Laila Lundell. This loom is easy to set up and a pleasure to weave on. Excellent condition with one exception. During shipping, a piece on the top corner of the beater was chipped. It’s been repaired and in no way effects the weaving. Lilla has a very hefty beater!
