I have two of these bobbin winders. One is assembled and the other is in a box with instructions. They will wind bobbins and quills. I have had to put painters tape on the drill to make the quills fit, but the bobbins fit as is. This is a great winder. Nice to sit down while winding bobbins. The handle acts as a pressure point on the drill, activated by your foot on the bottom of the handle. I put the cones on the floor and wind away.
