I have an older model Schacht 20” rigid heddle with Beka heddles. Kind of a Frankenloom as it is an older model Schacht so the heddles are rather pricey new. I used 3 Beka heddles I had and cut them down to fit. Then the shed was off so we added a small piece of wood across the beams to get the correct neutral and sheds. This is easily removed it you have or want to use Schacht heddles. $100 plus shipping.
