For Sale: 16 shaft, PDL, 60” wide in W. NC. $6500 OBO

This loom was made for me in 1989. But I have continuously upgraded it.
Finished doing blankets so am selling this loom to downsize my studio space.
I have the original shipping boxes for the beams and CD IV though I’d prefer not to have to organize a shipment. If you want to see this loom in action, I would put a narrow warp on it for you to try. If you need a detailed picture of anything or have questions, let me know via PM.

Features:
CD IV for positive dobby
E-lift, but also included are original cables and treadles. No leg strain with this loom.
New Auto Advance can be adjusted more easily that the old one with gears.
Double box fly shuttle, modified to be a side throw (modeled on Laura Fry’s arrangement)
1 yard sectional beam with rakes spaced 2” apart.
Plain beam mounted below (apron not shown here and flanges not included)
Raddle with 1/4” spaces
Tension box mount (but no tension box)
2400 + heddles, 2100 mounted on the loom, rest are extras. Heddles have been dyed for ease in threading is sets of 4 colors.
Reeds, all stainless, 6,8,10,12 and 15 dent.
Built-in bench
Apron to cloth beam
Original manual + additions for E-lift and Auto Advance and CD IV
Sandpaper beam mounted on the loom, but there is also a rubber cover for it
Various small, spare parts such as extra picker returns and filters for E-lift fan cover.
