Paypal preferred. All prices are in USD. Shipping costs are extra. I can bundled titles to lower shipping costs. If US purchasers are not in a huge hurry, books can be shipped out in Mid-May from the USA (instead of Canada) to lower the shipping costs even more.
First book will be sold at full price, for any additional books you choose, you can take $1 off the selling price of each additional book.
