This is the older model similar to the current Liisa. All tie up cords and heddles have been replaced with Texsolv. Underslung beater.
This loom is awesome and sturdy for rugs and also for any other weaving you might want to do. Easy to warp back to front or front to back.
Includes: Lots of heddles, original bench, JoAnn Hall’s book Tying Up the Countermarch Loom, 50 inch 12 DPI reed.
The reed has some rust but no pitting that I have noticed. Bench was damaged during a move about 12 years ago and has a scuff mark on one corner and a crack along one side of the top. Pics on my project page. It has been glued but is slightly wobbly. I have used it regularly with no problems.
