I have an 8-shaft Herald loom for sale in Chapel Hill, NC, USA. I’m asking $2000, and you have a reasonable chance of getting it delivered in central NC or south-central Virginia. This loom would cost hundreds of dollars to ship.
I’ve spent 3 years restoring it, and it is very functional. I am too short for it.
It has painted heddles, and the shaft colours correspond to bolts and s-hooks on the underside of the loom for tie-ups. It has cloth-beam and warp-beam aprons.
If you need a reed I can throw in one of the 15-dents I have for $75.
