Last year my super awesome dad made me a warping reel/mill.
I’ve switched to sectional weaving and no longer have need for this wonderful reel.
It disassembles for flat storage. It is SUPER sturdy on the base with no change of tipping over. It rotates so smoothly and, I’m a speed demon with warping, so I was stoked it spun fast when I gave it a lovely push. She spins like buttah. 
Each side measures 22 inches. I’ve wound a 16 Yard warp on it with room to spare. Also wound a 70 inch scarf warp beautifully.
The peg rails move up and down to allow for ease of shortening the warp. You could easily wind a 40 inch warp if you wanted to by just sliding one rail to be even with the other. The rails can be installed on any set of poles so you truly can configure it to your needs.
Dad’s pretty smart. Even if we were too eager to test it to finish/stain the wood before I started using it (though I’m happy to stain it if a buyer requests.)
