It has slots and holes. It must be an early rigid heddle type. The treadle looking thing is actually the mechanism that helps hold the two positions. The crank handle is shared for front and rear beam. It comes with lease sticks and a raddle. Lease sticks are sitting on bottom frame in one of the pictures. It is musty smelling so airing out in the sun would help. I think this is near antique age. And lovely for fine, plain weave
