The Loom: Older 4-shaft (Artisat?) jack-loom, with 6 treadles. I’ve given it texsolv heddles and replaced the treadle cords with texsolv. I still have the original metal heddles and cotton cords, and the buyer may take them if they choose. 10 dent reed and 12 dent reed included, as well as warp sticks. No rust on the reeds, the 12-dent reed is fairly new and only lightly used. It has some dents and dings in the wood, but these are cosmetic and the loom is in fine working order. (not tip-top shape, but it gets the job done.) The crank was missing when I acquired it, I have put on a replacement crank which fits, but not perfectly. It’s a bit of a frankenloom, really, but it was a great first loom for me, and I hope that someone else can find a place for it.
I don’t have room for this loom any more, and I need to sell it so I can stop paying for a storage locker. I do not have a vehicle and can not transport the loom - you must be able to pick it up. The price is highly negotiable, I really want to get rid of this loom and not send it to a garbage dump.
