I am starting weaving for the first time and am looking for threading hooks (reed and heddle), fringe twister (preferably quadruple), bobbins and perhaps a bobbin winder (if I can find one really cheap, otherwise I plan to use a drill :)). Checking here before going retail. If I find some in Houston, so much the better.
I am open to suggestions if you’d like to unload anything else I might be missing to start. So far I am a proud owner of a 48” Macomber loom with 4 harnesses, a bench, some leasing sticks, a warping board and a few shuttles (as well as a whole lot of yarn).
