This is a few years old but very lightly used. Good choice if you want to try weaving but you can also do a lot with this simple loom. Parts and extra heddles/shuttles are still available from Ashford retailers.

I know the price seems high for an Artistat, but all above accessories are included as well as brand a new reed. The reed that came with it was pitted.
Perfect for someone who wants to jump into floor weaving without purchasing a brand new loom for thousands. I can include a 12 dent highly rusted/pitted if you would like the challenge of attempting to clean it or otherwise crafting with it.
This is a wonderful loom, a few dings due to age and use. I wove 9 yards of towels and washcloths off the loom, hence the new brake wire and spring. Loom is in great working order. All treadle pegs are present, only 8 original tie ups but I made some of my own and am including them. I am selling as I am too short for this loom. At 5” tall, I am not comfortable threading the heddles no matter what size chair I used. I also struggled to reach the treadles without sitting on the edge of the bench.
Will not separate unless the loom sells without all the accessories.

Getting around to clearing out my weaving library. Some items are hard to price as they don’t come up for sale often, so if you think I am asking too much PM me with examples of other sales of similar items.
Books in VG (very good) condition were bought new by me, so I can vouch for their condition.
Books in good condition were bought “used” by me, and some of the older ones show wear on covers and may contain handwritten notes by previous owners. But otherwise in good internal condition with all pages etc.
Older books may have yellowing pages.
As noted, some books are in swedish. In addition to the inspirational images, they all have drafts written Swedish style. You can make out the yarns that are needed fairly easily.
If you want more info about condition of a specific book please ask before committing to purchase. :-)

Ashford Standing Tapestry Loom

Lovely tapestry loom that is no longer made in this size but is similar to the larger 40” wide model that Ashford still makes. Made from New Zealand silver beech, this Ashford vertical floor loom is easy to assemble and use. It features a revolving frame for quick and easy warping, height adjustment, pivot action and adjustable warp tensioning. Includes a heddle bar and also has a tray for tools, which the current model does not have.

This loom is in great condition. She has some rusting but her paint is original. She is ready to put a warp on. I am selling this beauty because I have too many looms and do not have the time to weave on them. Every Harness/Shaft is labeled 1-8. Every level is numbered 1-8
I am a weaver, so any questions relating to that I can be more than helpful. With this being an 8 shaft loom, this loom can make very complex weaving structures. This is the perfect loom light weight loom to take to classes and workshop. A strong and sturdy sampler’s loom with a bit of history attached to it.
